Audit Committee
The Audit Committee will determine, in consultation with the auditors, the scope of the audit and will review reports from management and the auditors relating to annual and interim accounts and the accounting and internal controls systems. The Audit Committee will have unrestricted access to the Auditors.

Remuneration Committee
Executive and senior employee remuneration and terms of their services contracts will be reviewed by the Remuneration Committee.
