Joseph King was appointed to the Board of Directors in April 2008. He is Managing Partner at Hamilton Associates, a financial consulting firm in London, and Managing Director at Regent Pacific Management Corporation, an international firm specialising in corporate recovery and renewal headquartered in California. He has an extensive background in technology finance and corporate transactions advisory most recently as Managing Director and Head of European Investment Banking with Bear Stearns International in London. Joseph King holds a Master in Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He is a Fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute.
