Here you will find the Prospectus from John East & Partners published with respect to the proposed acquisition of Parametric Optimization Solutions Limited by Oak Prospect plc, change of name of the combined entity to ParOS plc and Admission of ParOS plc to trading on AIM.
“Oak Prospects, the investment company, announces that it has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital of Parametric Optimization Solutions Limited and seek admission for its shares to trading on AIM as ParOS plc.”
Proposed acquisition of Parametric Optimization Solutions is for a maximum consideration of £8.1 million. Admission of enlarged group onto AIM as ParOS plc with dealings is expected to commence on 21 March 2006.
