Ian qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1989 and he worked in practice until March 2000. He was Finance Director of AIM listed Hawthorn Holdings plc until October 2004 and a Non-Executive Director of AIM listed Felix Group plc until March 2004. He is currently the Company Secretary of a number of other AIM and OFEX listed companies.
